Antonian Wins TAPPS District 4-5A Academic Meet Antonian Places 2nd in TAPPS 4-5A Art Competition TOYOTA HONOR FOR TEACHER Congratulations are in order for Mrs. Gayle Turner, Antonian Geography teacher who was selected by Toyota Motor Sales USA to participate in the Toyota International Teacher Program. She was one of 50 teachers selected from a pool of 700 teachers over the United States. She will travel to Japan this summer along with the 50 other teachers - at the full cost of Toyota 2004-2005 Silver Dancers We would like to congratulate the following girls for being selected to be a part of the 2004-2005 Antonian Silver Dancers. GIRLS VOLLEYBALL WIN FIRST DISTRICT MATCHES THE WEEK IN PICTURES It was a most memorable week. The pictures contained herein are but a glimpse of the excitement and enthusiasm exhibited by the students of Antonian College Preparatory High School On September 11, 2003 students stood at the front of the school to pay tribute to the heroes of 9-11. This dove was pictured across the street as if praying for peace herself. The Antonian Choir and Mighty Apache Band participated in Fall Spirit Night The yearbook finally arrived as Mrs. Jacqueline Palermo celebrated her birthday and students received their Antonian ID Cards. Friday morning started with a rousing tribute to the Cross Country Team while in the evening Superintendent Dale Hoyt lead the prayer and the awesome football team beat St. Anthony with a score of 31 to 6. The JV Football Team also beat St. Anthony the night before. << CLICK FOR WEEK'S PICTURES >> CONGRATULATIONS Danielle Steele finished PREP III with a 100 average in all assigned courses this summer and, as a result, was one of five students to receive a four-year, $10,000 per year, scholarship offer from St. Mary's University with an optional fifth year and an additional $10,000 if she is enrolled in an engineering program and needs an additional year to complete her studies. Edward Trevino was also awarded a $10,000.00 scholarship from St, Mary's University for his superior participation in the Prep Engineering Program. Matt Bueno was also awarded a $10,000.00 scholarship from St. Mary's University for his superior participation in the Prep Engineering Program and was selected to continue participation as a Junior Program Assistance.
