2006-2007 PROFILE AND HISTORY Antonian College Preparatory High School is accredited by the Texas Education Agency, the Texas Catholic Conference Education Department and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. It is a member of the National Catholic Educational Association, the Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools, the National Association of Secondary School Principals, the American Association of Curriculum Development and is the recipient of the 2000 National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence Award and the 2003 No Child Left Behind - National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence Award. Antonian was established in 1964 by the Christian Brothers and became an Archdiocesan school in 1971. It was established as an all-boys school and in 1989 became a co-educational institution. |
