The administration reserves the right to require a student to be tested for illegal drugs. When a request is made to be tested is made, failure to do so immediately or refusal to have test results sent directly to the Dean of Students and Admissions shall be grounds for immediate expulsion.  Students will be required to take the drug test, at their cost, at the Texas Med Clinic on Blanco and West Avenue.

Harassment includes any form of verbal abuse, physical violence or sexual misconduct that interferes with another person’s feeling of well-being at the school. When appropriate, law enforcement officials will be contacted when such harassment violates state and local statutes. Students who harass any member of the Antonian Community are liable for expulsion from the school.

OFF CAMPUS BEHAVIOR

In a spirit of friendliness and in an atmosphere of “in loco parentis”, Antonian College Preparatory High School believes students’ represent themselves, their families and their school outside of the confines of the campus. Therefore, students who partake of alcohol or illegal drugs that are being used, provided, and dispensed, on or off campus, are in violation of the student behavior code and subject to dismissal from the school.
