Apache Award Club-Mrs. Collins
There will be an Apache awards club meeting today after school.
Congratulations to the media class for winning the "best overall production quality" award and the "best sound" award at the Bexar County film festival yesterday. They competed against 21 private and public schools. Way to go Apaches.
Seniors and Juniors – Mrs. Segura
Prom is just around the corner. Prom is a formal event that requires traditional, modest attire. Girls, if you are not sure if your attire is appropriate, please see Mrs. Segura for approval. All guests from other schools must follow the guidelines for attire as well. Please go to STUDENTS on the website and get the guidelines, general information and permission/guest registration forms there. All permission slips and guest registration forms are due to Ms. Copfer in room 107 by Thursday, April 27.
Prom decoration Committee-Moderator: Antonian
Juniors, the prom decoration crew is in need of Juniors and parents to set up and take down prom decorations on April 28th. If you are interested see Mrs. Montemyor or Ms. Copfer.
Student Council- Moderator: Mr. Perritano
Students, if you are interested in running for the Executive Board of the Student Council for the 2017-18 school year, intent to run forms are now available from Mr. Perritano. These forms are due back to Mr. Perritano by the end of the day Tuesday April 18. There isn’t much time so come by the counseling office and pick up a packet asap.
This is a reminder that you MUST attend a pre-administration session in order to take an AP exam. If you do not attend one of the sessions you will not be permitted to take the exam and there will be no refunds. All sessions will be in the auditorium beginning with a 7:20 am session on April 19, 3:40 on April 20, and 7:20 am on Apr. 25. Additionally, there will be a 1st period 8:10 session on April 25 and on 9th period session on Thurs, Apr. 20. Times an dates are posted on front and back entrances to the school and the brown boards in all class hallway.
