Girls Basketball: Girls interested in girls basketball should meet afterschool in the gym for open gym/pre season open gym.
Mu Alpha Theta: The senior members of Mu Alpha Theta will be meeting on Wednesday August 31st during advisory to discuss business for the new year.
NHS: Attention all NHS members: Your $15 dues must be turned in to Mrs. Arizpe or Tori Estrada by Friday of this week!
Dance Team Fundraiser: The dance team will be selling Otis Spunkmeyer Cookie Dough through the end of the month Ask any Silver Dancer and place your order today!
Campus Ministry: Attention all students interested in being on the Antonian ACTS retreat team. Applications are available from your theology teacher or from Mrs. Valadez and Mrs. Segura. The deadline for turning in a completed application is Thursday Sept. 1st.
Girls Soccer: Attention all ladies interested in playing soccer for the 8th time district champs and 4 time final four appearance, please come to a brief meeting after school on Thursday Sept. 1st at 3:30 in Coach Anno's room 302. Talking about preseason, open gym, expectations, schedule, and Q &A. Thank you for supporting girls soccer.

Renaissance: Renaissance members, we will be having a meeting next Monday to discuss our Pro-Life Festival involvement. The meeting will be right after school in Mrs. Turners Room.
Volleyball: Today, our Lady Apache volleyball teams will kick off their district games against Incarnate Word High school at The University of the Incarnate Word.
The freshman game will begin at 5:00, the JV at 6:15 and the Varsity at 7:30.
We are having a "red-out", so please wear a red Antonian t-shirt. Posters are NOT allowed at the game tonight.
The first 100 Antonian student fans will be given a red Apache rally towel.

The Tribe: There's a new club at Antonian, it's called The Tribe! If you're creative and artsy and have ideas for new chants and cheers at games, then come to our first meeting today after school in Mrs. Hunt's room, room 106 in senior hallway! If you can't make it today feel free to contact seniors Teresa Browning and Sabrina Perez. Please join us in preparation for the Incarnate Word game tomorrow!
Africa Awareness: If you would like to make a global difference in the name of Christ, then come attend the first meeting for Africa Awareness Club in Deacon's room after school on Tuesday.
Matthew's Closet: To all Matthew's closet members old and new meet in Mr. Elizalde's room 701 after school to vote on a project for Pro-life. This will be a short meeting to discuss and assign students for projects.

Cross Country: Congratulations to the Boys and Girls Cross Country Teams as they opened the season in Wimberley at the Texan Invitational.
In the Varsity Girls Division the Lady Apaches once again laid claim to the team championship by out distancing Austin St. Michaels by 30 points. Leading the Apaches was Junior Bridgette Kozar, who finished 3rd, Freshman Robin Montemayor, and Senior Laura Cortez.
In the Varsity Boys division the boys had no intentions of being outdone by the varsity girls, so they took charge of the race early and ran away with the team victory. The front runner for the Apaches was Junior Anthony Gallardo, who finished 2nd, followed by Junior Emilio Molina and Senior Christopher Kokotajlo.
In the girls Jr. Varsity race, Freshman Abigail Lozano had a great final surge to finish 3rd overall, followed by Junior Monica Frei, Junior Emily Leonard, and Junior Sara Kokotajlo. The Jr. Varsity girls finished 1st in the team competition.
In the final race of the day, the JV boys had their shot to finish out a perfect day, but Llano was just too tough as the Jr. Varsity finished 3rd in the team competition. Pacing the Apaches was Junior Andres Saks, Junior Richard Ramos, Sophomore Chris Olivia, and Freshman Cristian Mendoza.
