Date: Sunday, December 8th, 2019
Time: 5-7:30pm for program
Request room blocked starting at Noon, 12pm for set up
Number of people: 150
Equipment: request tables and chairs from the Student Center Cafe
podium, microphone sound system.
No need for the bleachers pulled out --all will be around the tables on the floor
We will lay the carpet on the floor as we have done in years past.

Request doors by concession stand be unlocked for access from 12noon-8pm
