There will be tennis tryouts for any students that are interested in playing tennis this year on Wednesday, Jan. 10, and Thursday, Jan. 11, after school at 4:00-5:30 pm at the McFarlin Tennis Center.  Bus transportation to McFarlin will be provided for tennis practice every day after school.
 
Drama - Moderator - Ms. Hollie Martinez
 
Drama Club will have a meeting tomorrow at 3:45.  Join us also for morning Mass tomorrow.
 
Counselor Dept. - Mr. Perritano and Mr. Hill
 
Senior Girls,  Are you interested in $10,00 a year for college and a three day retreat at Stanford University with former National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice?  If so, come by and see Mr. Perritano or Mr. Hill in the counseling office.  Applications are due not later than Jan. 31, 2018.
 
Boys Soccer - Moderator - Coach Villalobos
 
Congratulations to the Boys Soccer team for their 3-0 win against Edison on Friday.  Ryan Morris scored two goals and Marco Montes de Oca added the other.  The Boys now have 7 wins, 0 losses, two ties for the season.  The Boys play at home tonight against Brackenridge so come and support them.  JV 5 pm and Varsity at 7 pm
 
Boys Basketball - Moderator - Coach Bernal
 
       Congratulations to ALL of the Apache Basketball teams for their victories this past Saturday over FEAST.  The Varsity Apaches won 120-58 and had 6 players score in double figures.  They were led in scoring by James Hunter with 11 pts., Chance Felix and Gavino Ramos both with 12 pts., Zachary Clemence with 17 pts., Bryon Armstrong with 22 pts., and Juan Reyna with 36 pts.  
 
      The Apaches record now stands at 26-6 and they play at Navarro HS tomorrow at 7:30 pm as well as their 1st District game with Central Catholic this coming Thursday.  The Central game will be held at the Northside Farris Athletic Facility on Loop 1604 at 7:30 pm.  We are hoping to see a gym full of RED this week, come out and support your ACP Apaches!!!.
